To ensure fast and accurate handling, please include all available information about the issue in your message.

Please provide:

  • A clear and precise description of the problem

  • When the issue first occurred

  • The current condition (constant, intermittent, not working at all, etc.)

  • The type / model of the device or system

  • Photos of the fault and the surrounding installation area

  • Details of any previous repairs or interventions
